The rapid advancement of digital technologies has transformed organizational operations and management practices across industries. Organizations increasingly depend on digital leadership and organizational agility to remain competitive in dynamic business environments. This study investigates the influence of digital leadership and organizational agility on employee performance within modern organizations. Using a quantitative research approach based on secondary literature, the paper examines existing empirical evidence concerning leadership practices, technological adaptation, and workforce productivity. The findings indicate that digital leadership positively affects employee engagement, innovation, decision-making efficiency, and organizational flexibility. Organizational agility further strengthens employee performance by enabling faster adaptation to changing market conditions. The study concludes that organizations investing in digital leadership capabilities and agile management practices experience superior employee outcomes and long-term organizational success.
