Through careful and constructive evaluation, reviewers help authors improve their manuscripts and assist the editorial team in ensuring that published research meets appropriate academic standards.

Who Can Apply?

We welcome applications from individuals who have:

• A Ph.D., Master’s degree, or equivalent qualification in Business, Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Relevant academic, research, teaching, or professional experience.
• Research publications in journals, conferences, books, or other scholarly outlets.
• Demonstrable expertise in one or more areas related to business and management studies.
• A commitment to providing objective, constructive, confidential, and timely reviews.

Reviewers are welcome to apply in areas including, but not limited to:

Strategic Management, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Banking, Entrepreneurship, Innovation Management, Corporate Governance, International Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, Leadership, Tourism and Hospitality Management, and related interdisciplinary fields.

Responsibilities of Reviewers

Reviewers are expected to:

• Evaluate manuscripts objectively, fairly, and independently.
• Assess the originality, relevance, methodology, analysis, clarity, and overall academic quality of submitted manuscripts.
• Provide clear and constructive comments to assist authors in improving their work.
• Maintain strict confidentiality throughout the peer-review process.
• Declare any potential conflict of interest before accepting a review assignment.
• Complete assigned reviews within the specified timeframe.
• Avoid using, sharing, or benefiting from unpublished information obtained during the review process.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards throughout their association with the journal.
