The rapid growth of digital technologies has transformed the way businesses communicate with consumers, promote products, and build long-term relationships. Digital marketing innovation has emerged as a strategic tool that enables organizations to enhance customer experiences, improve brand visibility, and strengthen consumer engagement in highly competitive markets. The integration of artificial intelligence, social media platforms, data analytics, mobile technologies, and personalized marketing strategies has significantly reshaped marketing practices across industries. This review paper examines the relationship between digital marketing innovation and consumer engagement by discussing key digital marketing technologies, customer behavior, content marketing, influencer marketing, data-driven decision-making, and emerging digital trends. The paper also explores the challenges organizations face when implementing innovative digital marketing strategies and provides recommendations for improving customer engagement. The findings suggest that organizations investing in innovative digital marketing practices achieve higher customer satisfaction, stronger brand loyalty, increased market competitiveness, and sustainable business growth.
