Sustainable leadership has emerged as a strategic approach that enables organizations to achieve long-term success while balancing economic performance, social responsibility, and environmental stewardship. Unlike traditional leadership models that primarily emphasize short-term financial outcomes, sustainable leadership focuses on creating lasting value for employees, customers, investors, communities, and future generations. By fostering ethical decision-making, innovation, employee development, and responsible resource management, sustainable leaders contribute to organizational resilience and competitiveness. This review paper examines the concept of sustainable leadership and its contribution to organizational success. It discusses leadership principles, organizational culture, employee engagement, innovation, corporate social responsibility, environmental sustainability, and digital transformation. The paper also explores challenges associated with implementing sustainable leadership and provides recommendations for organizations seeking long-term growth. The findings indicate that sustainable leadership strengthens organizational performance, improves stakeholder relationships, enhances employee commitment, and promotes business sustainability in an increasingly dynamic global economy.
