Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become one of the most transformative technologies influencing modern organizations. Businesses across industries increasingly adopt AI-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency, optimize decision-making, enhance customer experiences, and achieve sustainable competitive advantage. Unlike traditional decision-support systems, AI enables organizations to process vast amounts of structured and unstructured data, identify hidden patterns, automate routine tasks, and generate predictive insights that improve strategic and operational decisions. This review paper examines the role of Artificial Intelligence in organizational decision-making and its contribution to business performance. It discusses the concept of AI, major business applications, leadership implications, opportunities, implementation challenges, ethical concerns, and future trends. The paper concludes that organizations integrating AI into business processes improve productivity, innovation capability, customer satisfaction, and long-term organizational sustainability while emphasizing the importance of responsible governance and employee skill development.
