Knowledge has become one of the most valuable strategic resources for modern organizations. In an increasingly knowledge-driven economy, organizations that effectively acquire, create, share, and utilize knowledge are better positioned to improve innovation, operational efficiency, and long-term competitiveness. Knowledge Management (KM) integrates organizational processes, technology, leadership, and organizational culture to ensure that valuable knowledge is captured and transformed into strategic advantages. Effective KM practices support better decision-making, continuous learning, employee development, and organizational adaptability. This review paper explores the relationship between knowledge management practices and organizational competitiveness by examining knowledge creation, knowledge sharing, organizational learning, digital technologies, leadership, and innovation. The paper also discusses challenges affecting KM implementation and presents practical recommendations for organizations seeking sustainable competitive advantage. The findings indicate that organizations investing in effective knowledge management systems achieve higher productivity, improved innovation capability, stronger employee collaboration, and superior business performance.
