Organizational agility has emerged as a critical capability for businesses operating in today's volatile, uncertain, complex, and rapidly evolving marketplace. Advances in technology, globalization, changing consumer preferences, and unexpected economic disruptions require organizations to respond quickly while maintaining operational excellence. Organizational agility enables firms to adapt to environmental changes, accelerate innovation, improve decision-making, and sustain competitive advantage. Agile organizations develop flexible structures, empower employees, utilize digital technologies, and foster continuous learning to respond effectively to market opportunities and challenges. This review paper explores the relationship between organizational agility and business performance by examining agile leadership, digital transformation, workforce flexibility, organizational learning, innovation management, and customer responsiveness. The paper also discusses implementation challenges and presents strategic recommendations for organizations seeking sustainable growth through agility. The findings indicate that organizational agility significantly improves operational efficiency, innovation capability, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and long-term business sustainability.
