In today's rapidly evolving business landscape, organizations must continuously adapt to technological advancements, market competition, and changing customer expectations. Developing an organizational learning culture has become a strategic necessity for achieving sustainable business performance and maintaining long-term competitiveness. An organizational learning culture encourages continuous knowledge acquisition, employee development, collaboration, innovation, and organizational adaptability. Businesses that promote learning at all organizational levels are better equipped to solve complex problems, improve operational efficiency, foster innovation, and respond effectively to environmental changes. This review paper examines the relationship between organizational learning culture and sustainable business performance by discussing learning organizations, knowledge sharing, leadership, employee engagement, digital learning technologies, organizational innovation, and performance outcomes. The paper also identifies challenges associated with developing a learning culture and proposes strategic recommendations for organizations seeking sustainable growth. The findings indicate that organizations with strong learning cultures achieve higher productivity, greater innovation capability, improved employee commitment, enhanced customer satisfaction, and superior long-term organizational performance.
