In todays highly competitive and technology-driven business environment, innovation has become a critical factor for organizational survival and sustainable growth. Strategic business innovation enables organizations to develop new products, improve operational processes, enhance customer experiences, and respond effectively to rapidly changing market conditions. Businesses that integrate innovation into their strategic planning are better positioned to achieve higher productivity, increased profitability, and long-term competitive advantage. Innovation not only supports organizational adaptability but also strengthens market responsiveness and stakeholder confidence. This review paper examines the relationship between strategic business innovation and organizational performance by discussing innovation strategies, leadership, organizational culture, digital transformation, implementation challenges, and future trends. The findings indicate that organizations promoting continuous innovation experience improved operational efficiency, stronger customer satisfaction, greater financial performance, and sustainable business success.
