The growing concern for environmental sustainability has significantly influenced organizational strategies across industries. Green business practices have become an essential component of modern business management, enabling organizations to minimize environmental impacts while enhancing operational efficiency and long-term competitiveness. Businesses increasingly adopt environmentally responsible practices such as energy conservation, waste reduction, sustainable supply chain management, green innovation, and eco-friendly product development to satisfy stakeholder expectations and comply with environmental regulations. Beyond environmental benefits, these initiatives improve corporate reputation, reduce operating costs, strengthen customer loyalty, and create sustainable competitive advantage. This review paper examines the relationship between green business practices and competitive advantage by discussing environmental management strategies, sustainable innovation, leadership, organizational culture, digital technologies, implementation challenges, and future business trends. The findings suggest that organizations integrating sustainability into their strategic planning experience improved financial performance, stronger market positioning, enhanced stakeholder trust, and long-term business resilience.
