This research was motivated by the challenges encountered by Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies, particularly Multi pro Consumer Products Limited, Abuja, in sustaining customer loyalty, satisfaction, and engagement due to inefficiencies in inventory management, distribution channels, and logistics operations. The primary aim of the study was to assess the extent to which these factors impact customer-related outcomes. A descriptive research design was adopted, targeting a population of 567 employees from Multi pro Consumer Products Limited.
